Andrea Rinaldi
Intellectual Property, IT and Business Litigation.
Lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association. After graduating with honors from the State University of Milan, he gained particular experience and expertise in the protection of intellectual property both in and out of court. He obtained a 2nd level Master's degree in "Intellectual Property Law" from the "Just Legal Service" School of Legal Education, also obtaining the certificate as an "ISO 27001" Auditor for the management of information security and corporate assets. He has assisted well-known brands in protecting their brands and assets even in litigation stages. He contributes as an author for the "L'Esperto Risponde" column in Sole 24 Ore on information technology and intellectual property law and is the author of several online legal journals.

Subject Tutor at the Chair of Advanced Legal Informatics at the University of Milan where he also specialized in Data Protection and Computer Forensics, DPO - Data Protection Officer (ECPC-B Maastricht University Certificate). Graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, trainer and author for different publishers including Giuffrè, Wolters Kluwer, Maggioli, Cybersecurity 360, Fintastico (Blog on Fintech matters). Performs activities as DPO for the purposes of personal data processing and "ISO 27001" Auditor in companies with high innovative value.

Lawyer registered with the Rome Bar Association. He holds a Master's Degree in Law from La Sapienza University of Rome. He has attended, among others, the Master in "Intellectual Property & Copyright" of the Top Legal Academy and the courses "General Course on Intellectual Property" and "Specialized Course on the Madrid System for International Registration of Marks" of the WIPO Academy. He practices in the area of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, assisting the Firm's business in advising and managing commercial agreements in the media, entertainment and publishing industries. He is involved in business litigation and alternative dispute resolution in arbitration.
Alessandro Pecile

Lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association. After graduating in Law from Università Commerciale luigi Bocconi in 2011, he gained particular experience and expertise in commercial law, corporate contracting and corporate dynamics. He obtained the "Postgraduate Course for Corporate Lawyers" in 2017. He supports companies in corporate compliance and litigation.
Matteo Turconi Sormani
Heritage Protection, Cultural Heritage and Civil Law.
A lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2010, he was previously an expert in industrial relations law since 2003. After graduating in law, he practiced as a lawyer and writer, also linking his name to works on the history of Lombardy. He has been a member of the Lombard deputation of the società di storia patria since 2004.
